How do I work?
Over the years I have developed my own style that comes to life through my drawings. Each drawing is drawn from my experiences, intuition, dreams and life itself as a source of inspiration.
How does my process work?
As I mentioned I get my inspiration from different things. When I have an idea I sketch it in my sketchbook and when the right moment comes I will convert it to a drawing.
Drawing is an outlet for me to put intense emotions/experiences/dreams on paper. These are themes that we are all confronted with in our lives, with my drawings I want you to feel that I understand you, and I hope to convey love, peace, understanding through my drawings.
I work with different pencils and paint, using the power of color and texture to bring my drawings to life. It is a deep process, if I do not have a certain feeling with the drawing, I do not draw. In this way, the right feeling is captured with each drawing. In addition, I do not make a drawing twice.
A drawing often takes 20 to 30 hours and a painting 40 to 50 hours. I like to incorporate details in my art.
The cards I sell contain the print of the original drawing. So before a card or print is there, there are at least 60 to 80 hours in it.
